1:5. But the aim of our instruction is love that comes from a pure heart, a good conscience, and a sincere faith.

1:5. The purpose of my instruction is that all believers would be filled with love that comes from a pure heart, a clear conscience, and genuine faith.

1:5. But the end of the charge is love out of a pure heart and a good conscience and faith unfeigned:
